BrassEx - is a brand new Brass Band Exhibition & Networking event designed by SoundBytes Media, to be an informal boutique exhibition and networking event for the brass band community.

Hosted in the unique setting of a large commercial recording facility, it offers the opportunity to meet traders, expand your knowledge through a programme of seminars and enjoy seeing a demonstration of the highest quality brass band recording.

The free event takes place on Saturday June 24th at The Foundry Studio, on Brown Street, Sheffield, with the doors opening from 10.00am until 5.00pm, and has been organised by SoundBytes Media, the owners of the Foundry Studio, in association with Brass Bands England.
Established over a decade ago, SoundBytes Media is a music production company and recording studio in the heart of Sheffield city centre that offers a wide range of skills and talents to help recording artists.

With three experienced in house producers, SoundBytes Media have all you need to produce the best band demos, voice-overs, vocal tuning, and of course, full album production. They even have facilities for video production and the recording or streaming of live sessions.
Chris added: “We are proud to boast a truly unique facility with the world's largest Audient ASP8024-DLC console at its heart and an impressive 1000 square foot purpose built live room.
