Raw Brass makes big impact in Bergen

Raw Brass instruments made a real impact at the recent Norwegian National Championships in Bergen.

Following hard on the heels of a successful exhibition at the Mineworkers Championships, Skegness, County Instruments Raw Brass has gained plenty of Nordic support after exhibiting at the recent Norwegian National Championships in Bergen.

Great time

Enthusiasm for the instruments and sales from the stand certainly made up for low temperatures and the price of coffee according to Chris Waters, Designer of the Raw Brass cornet and flugel horn!

“We had a great time — with so many players coming up to find out more about an instrument they had heard so much about. The response has been fantastic , especially with Ray on hand to explain the finer details.”

Ray also helped Hilde Sandværof the Norwegian Band Federation (pictured) to draw the winning ticket of the free entry prize draw, which was won by Ndabo Zulu of the eventual new National Champion, Stavangar.
