Grimethorpe Strike Out Again at Blackpool

Grimethorpe Colliery Band under the direction of James Gourlay has won the Mineworkers Championships held in Blackpool.

Second were Ever Ready directed by Ray Farr and third were Thoresby under the direction of Stan Lippeatt. Fourth were Newtongrange.
