NABBC announce course details

National Association of Brass Band Conductors have announced dates for their courses on the regional test pieces for 2005.

The Press release from them reads as follows:

The NABBC are pleased to announce a series of One Day Workshops for Conductors on 1st 2nd 3rd &4th Section Area Test pieces for the 2005 Regional Championship.

With personalities such as Dr Roy Newsome, Mal Brownbill Duncan Beckley, David Hurst, Steve Sykes, Nigel bodice and Alistair Orr working with the volunteer bands from Stockbridge, Newstead Welfare Band, Weston Brass,Kirkintilloch and West Lothian Schools.

It is anticipated that a good day will be had and that much will be learned through both the practical demonstrations and discussion times throughout the day.

All conductors are most welcome. There is a charge of £5:00 for Non Members which is refundable against annual subscriptions if joining the NABBC on the day of the workshop attending
