JJB announce March and Hymn details

The JJB Stadium has announced the deatils of it March and Hymn Tune Contest for 2006. Get your entries in quick for the £6000 prize fund!

 

The details have been released by the organisers for next year's contest which will take place in June next year.

Registration

All Bands must be registered with the BBBR or accredited registries with the exception of Youth Bands.

All players must be registered with the BBBR or accredited registries with the exception of Youth Band

Members, age limit 19 years.
Four tutors may play.

3. Bands to consist of no more than 40 players.

4. A Draw will take place prior to the Contest.

5. All Sections will be drawn together.

Prize amounts are subject to a minimum of five Bands entered per Section. The prize fund will be reduced by one fifth if less than five Bands.

7. All music must be published.

Interpretation of all Rules and Conditions shall be the prerogative of the Contest Management.
