Succesful NYBBGB auditions

There has been a great response to the auditions for the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain

Philip Biggs, administrator of the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain has told 4BR that there has been a most successful round of Autumn auditions programme 2007 Course.

More than ever before

More young people came forward to audition than ever before and those who were successful will have the opportunity to play under the baton of Bramwell ToveyPhilip Biggs

Philip told 4BR: "More young people came forward to audition than ever before and those who were successful will have the opportunity to play under the baton of Bramwell Tovey at both the Easter and
Summer courses, which will be held at Harrogate Ladies College and Framlingham School respectively."

Philip was keen however to seek a player to fill the one tenor horn position for the 2007 courses. Young people aged between 13 and 18 who are interested in this prestige position should contact Philip Biggs on either 07710 505689 or 01223 234090.
