Gerd Wensink chooses Sterling

Another leading euphonium star puts his playing faith in Sterling.

Gerd Wensink

Gerd Wensink, of the acclaimed Gelders Fanfare Orchestra has become the latest high profile euphonium to choose to perform on the Sterling Virtuoso euphonium — joining a world class stable that includes the likes of Glyn Williams, David Thornton and Robbert Vos amongst others.

Accolades

Gerd graduated with his masters degree in June 2011 laden with accolades and prize honours from the examination committee at the prestigious ArtEZ Conservatory in Zwolle in the Netherlands.

He has since become a highly respected solo and ensemble performer in his home country and is regularly heard playing with the likes of the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Navy Band and the Royal Air Force Band.

The fantastic sound and the amazing natural feel convinced me to choose the Sterling Euphonium. The intonation is superb and the tuning as well Gerd Wensink
