Advert: Photo Competition—Your chance to win £200!

Rayburn Tours have announced the launch of their 2008 Brass Bands Photo Competition.


Anyone sending in photographs of their brass band, whether it’s a picture of your band performing in contests, celebrating a recent win, or even performing in foreign climes, will be entered into a prize draw with a cash prize £200 for the winning picture.

In print

In addition to this is the opportunity to see your pictures in print in the Rayburn Tours 2009 Brass Band brochure or on the internet on their website.

Photos on CD or sent be email are acceptable but please do identify your photographs.

We have found it difficult to find Brass Band pictures for use in our Brochures and Website so are very pleased to be able to offer this competition to all readers of 4barsrestRayburn Tours

Submit entries

All entries should be submitted to the Marketing Manager at Rayburn Tours, Rayburn House, Parcel Terrace, Derby, DE1 1LY or to .

Closing date for all entries is 1st February 2008 and the winner of the £200 will be announced on the 8th February 2008.

Shipston Town band

June 21 • Shipston Band currently has vacancies for Bb Bass, Eb Bass, Bass Trombone and Kit Percussion. We are based in South Warwickshire and rehearse on Wednesday 7.30 to 9.30 and Sunday 7 to 9 in our own band hall. Pop in for a blow and give us a try.
