2nd: £2,000 plus the Frank Parker Memorial Cup.
3rd: £1,500 plus the Harry Mortimer Trophy.
4th: £1,000 plus the Edrich Siebert Memorial Trophy.
5th: £500 plus the John Gladney Trophy.
6th: £400 plus the William Rimmer Trophy.

The Iles Medal was awarded to Stan Kitchen.

The Mortimer Medal was awarded to Mark Bousie.

The winning conductor, Allan Withington was awarded the Mortimer Maestro Trophy.

The Best Soloist, Stuart Lingard, Principal Cornet, Brighouse & Rastrick, won the Stanley Wainwright Memorial Trophy plus £100.
Brian Evans Memorial Trophy: Steve Stewart, Cory plus £100.
The Geoffrey Whitham Memorial Trophy for Best Euphonium: Glyn Williams, Foden's plus £100.

Shipston Town Band

June 14 • Stour Concert Brass our Community Band are looking to recruit solo cornets and Bb and Eb Bass as we prepare to restart rehearsals. We are based in Shipston on Stour in South Warwickshire and are a non competitive band rehearsing on Friday 7.45 to 9.30


The Marple Band

June 11 • Are you looking for a change of scene after lockdown. The Marple Band are a friendly group of musicians who are looking for an Eb Bass and Bb Bass player, 2nd Horn, 2nd Trombone, Selection of cornets dependent on experience to join our successful band.

June 10 • Enquiries are invited for the following player vacancies; flugelhorn , 1st Horn, 2nd Euphonium, BBb bass and percussion. Our band room is equal distance between Sheffield, Barnsley & Huddersfield, 5 mins from M1 J35A/36. Rehearsals Monday &Friday nights
