The Band of West Mercia Police and conductor Steve Pritchard-Jones recently celebrated the marriage of Tim Stock (Eb Bass) and Vicky Cook (Librarian).

The band recently performed at the new £28 million Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury for a Summer Charity Concert featuring a massed choir of over 250 school children and Corps of Drums of Belvidere School.

Funds

The Police band performed its own programme of music and accompanied the choir and the Corps of Drums. £2,000 was raised in aid of Hope House Children's Hospice in Oswestry taking the total amount raised by the band between May and July to a little over £4,000 for good causes.
