4BR has been informed that Dennis Hadfield has parted company with Hebden Bridge Band, having been at the helm for the past two years.

Friends

Dennis told 4BR: "We've had a successful spell together but it is time to part company. I have enjoyed my time there and have made some new friends. I am looking forward to spending more time with my 8 week old daughter Rose, however, my phone is always on to those who need help, either conducting or playing my tuba.

I wish the band every success and hope they can build on the good work we have done."
