Coalburn's Royal opening

The Princess Royal is set to give the opening few beats of life to Coalburn's new bandhall.

Last summer Coalburn Silver Band embarked on an extensive and exciting project to totally refurbish their band hall premises.

And to celebrate the completion of the project it has been anounced that HRH The Princess Royal will officially open the refurbished Bandhall on Monday 6th September.

Plans are well advanced and as part of the visit, two short presentations will be made to her on the history of Coalburn Silver Band and the refurbishment project.
