The Murley Band in Northern Ireland recently spent a weekend under the direction of conductor Huw Thomas.

Journey into Freedom

Huw was helping the band and resident MD William Hill in its preparations for the North of Ireland Championships on the 22nd October.

Although it was a long weekend with many hours of intense rehearsal on the set test-piece 'Journey Into Freedom’ by Eric Ball, it proved to be an enjoyable experience for all concerned.
