Co-op opt for early Battle cry

The reigning Scottish Open Champion will be showcasing an early Battle cry in defence of their title.

The reigning Scottish Open Champion, Co-operative Funeralcare Band will give an pre-contest performance of Philip Sparke's, 'Music for Battle Creek' in a free open rehearsal next week.

Under the baton of Michael Fowles, the rehearsal will start at 7.30pm on Thursday 24th November in St John's Renfield Church, Glasgow.

As well as a full performance of 'Music for Battle Creek' the defending champion will also present a short concert programme.
