Foden's look for archive help

Foden's is looking for help to set up an archive of its rich history.

Foden's Band

The Foden’s Band is hoping to record an appreciation of its rich history through archive audio recordings and written personnel memories.

Contact

The band has set up an E Mail address: fodenbandarchive@yahoo.co.uk for anyone who wishes to contribute by sending them to project co-ordinator Stewart Green.

The aural and written memories will be kept in an archive and will be available for all Foden’s fans across the banding world to both see and hear in the future.

Association

Foden’s Secretary Andy Rolfe told 4BR: "We are especially looking for former members of the band to write a short biography of their association with us – and what they are now doing today. Anyone who has a story to tell should get in touch – from players to fans!"

The aural and written memories will be kept in an archive and will be available for all Foden’s fans across the banding world to both see and hear in the future4BR

Memorabilia

The band is also looking to display as many items of Foden’s 112 year memorabilia that they can too, and would welcome any donations.

Andy added: "We will ensure the original items are kept safe – or copied as appropriate. We would welcome anyone’s ideas to help us with the project we are undertaking."
