The National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain (NYBBGB), which is due to perform as part of the BBC Proms this Summer, has announced the repertoire and concert details for its forthcoming Summer course.

Concerts and Prom

As well as their performance at the BBC Proms on the 12th August, the band is booked to appear at St Michaels Church, New Market, Beccles, Suffolk, on Thursday 9th and Snape Maltings, Suffolk on Friday 10th, conducted by Artistic Director, Bramwell Tovey.

The Summer course will be held between the 4th & 11th August at Wymondham College in Norfolk.

Excited

Philip Biggs, Administrator of the NCBBGB told 4BR: "We are really excited about the course, the concerts and the Proms. It’s fitting that in the band’s Diamond Jubilee year, they once again perform at what is considered to be the world’s premier classical music festival."
