Advert: Geneva Instruments

Co-op aim for musical dividends with Geneva cornets

Geneva

After months of testing a host leading cornet brands, the reigning Scottish champion and Scottish Open winners Co-operative Funeralcare Band have announced that they are to play on the new Geneva Symphony Cornet.

Simply the best

Principal cornet Jim Hayes said that in the end the choice was simple: "The Geneva simply was the best. Intonation, build quality and especially the sound it produced was superior and not just by a little, but by a mile."

He added: "The Co-op cornet section took them out of the box and they just played perfectly. The valves especially felt great – as if we had been playing on them for months."

Choice of champions

No wonder then that Geneva continues to provide the instruments for true champions....
