Advert: Wessex Tubas

Winners and world records for Wessex Tubas.

Tuberama

Wessex Tubas has just returned from a fantastic weekend exhibiting at the Yorkshire Regional Championships at Bradford’s St George’s Hall.

Wonderful weekend

And it proved to be a wonderful weekend both on and off the contest stage for Wessex Tubas too, with Second Section winners Cornerstone Brass claiming victory by using both a Wessex EEb bass and tenor horn.

During the weekend, Wessex Tubas showed its commitment to the banding world by agreeing to sponsor 'Tubarama', the exciting world record challenge to be held on 30th June at the famous York Racecourse.

World record

It is hoped that over 550 tuba performers will take part to create a new world record, so Wessex is asking all tuba and euphonium players to put the date in their diaries and get over to York.

Wessex has kindly donated one of their ground breaking Bubbie Eb mini tubas to 'Tubarama' to be given in prize draw of all participants.

Go to http://doublebtyke.wix.com/tubarama to register for attendance.
