National champion will appear on the premier Welsh language weekday magazine show on S4C this evening.

Cory celebrate

The outstanding achievements of National, European and Brass in Concert champion, Cory will be highlighted on national television in Wales this evening, as the world’s number 1 ranked band appears on the Welsh language weekday magazine show ‘Heno’ at 7.00pm.

One Show

'Heno' is the equivalent of BBC's 'The One Show' and the band has been invited to perform on tonight’s programme, which can also be accessed through Virgin TV 166, Sky 104 or 134, and within Wales on Freeview 4 and Freesat 104.

Members of the band will also be interviewed as part of the programme, and MD Philip Harper told 4BR that they are determined to enjoy their chance to show off their talents to the nation before rounding off the year with a bit more hard work.

Good fun

"We're looking forward to our appearance on S4C and it's sure to be good fun for the band," he said.

"Then we're all straight back off to the bandroom for more rehearsal so that we can be in tip top form for our remaining Christmas engagements."

We're looking forward to our appearance on S4C and it's sure to be good fun for the bandMD, Philip Harper

Broadcast live

If you want to be there to hear the band live, it will be broadcasting at the Parc & Dare Theatre in Treorchy from 6.30pm and all are welcome to attend to add to the festive atmosphere.
