Cornerstone Brass has announced the signing of Graham Mercer as their new soprano cornet.

New role

Graham has spent the past few years as solo cornet with the band and will replace Oliver Ridley who has stood down due to work commitments.

Already he has impressed us with his playing and we are looking forward to watching him grow into a truly great soprano playerMD, Damian Wileman

MD Damian Wileman told 4BR: "We’re delighted that Graham has accepted the challenge of this new role.

He is an exceptionally gifted musician and a totally committed bandsman who does close to a 4 hour round trip to be at rehearsals.
