Final call for EBBA Solo entries

If you want to try and the top soloist in Europe then you still just have enough time to get your entry in.

The European Brass Band Association and Scottish Brass Band Association are reminding players that entries for the 6th European Solo Competition can still be made.

Prize fund

The prestigious solo competition offers a substantial total prize fund of 7,000 Euros and forms a major part of the European Festival of Brass incorporating the European Brass Band Championships being held in Perth this year.

The competition will have four rounds, with the final taking place on 1st May, where the three young finalists will perform a major work with accompaniment provided by the Kirkintilloch Band.
