The organisers of the Action Medical Research Youth Entertainment Contest held in Blackpool last month have informed 4BR that an unforeseen problem has resulted in a delay in sending out the DVDs.

There has been a large number of orders from this year's event which was won by Seindorf Beaumaris Youth.

The response has delighted everybody connected with the event, but an unforeseen problem has meant a delay in getting to those who've ordered them.

Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve the problem, and will send the DVDs out as soon as we possibly can and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding ~ Action Research organisers

The organisers of the competition told 4BR:

"We would like to apologise to all those who have ordered DVDs of the 2014 event.

Unfortunately, there has been a delay in sending them out for reasons beyond the control of Action Medical Research or the Festival organisers.

Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve the problem, and will send the DVDs out as soon as we possibly can and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding".
