Major orchestral works by composer Edward Gregson are to be aired on BBC Radio 3 next week.

Afternoon on 3

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (26th-28th May), BBC Radio 3 will be broadcasting his compositions on their ‘Afternoon on 3’ programmes – all conducted by Bramwell Tovey.

The programme will also provide an early chance to hear the works before they are released a new CD on the Chandos label in July, with the addition of Gregson’s new concerto for flute and ensemble, 'Aztec Dances'.
