Cornerstone Brass has announced the appointment of Mick Sidebottom as their new principal trombone.

Mick originally joined Cornerstone on second trombone from the Rockingham Band and now makes the move up to the solo seat.

Taking over

Mick takes over from Kelvin Little who steps down after six successful years with the band.

In that time, his playing helped them win the Second Section Yorkshire Area title represent Yorkshire at the National Finals and gain promotion to the First Section.
