Lowes leaves Skipton

Skipton Brass has announced that their MD Adrian Lowes has left the Yorkshire band.

4BR has been informed that Adrian Lowes has left his role as Musical Director of Skipton Brass.

A band spokesperson told 4BR: “Adrian has done a fabulous job in rebuilding the band and the separation is amicable. We are looking forward to a bright future and of course looking for a new MD to continue his great work”.

Withdrawn

Unfortunately the unforeseen situation has resulted in the band withdrawing from the forthcoming Leicestershire Open contest on the weekend, with Skipton now focussing on their popular Christmas concert events.
