New MD at Dobcross Youth

Richard Windle has been announced as the MD of Dobcross Youth Band.

Dobcross Youth Band has announced the appointment of Richard Windle as their new Musical Director.

Experienced

Currently playing with the Grimethorpe Colliery, Richard is also the Musical Director of the Grimethorpe Youth Band, an experienced music teacher and also the owner of a business that specialises in Performing Arts Services for education.

The Youth Band is looking forward to working with Richard and is already busy preparing for their spring and summer scheduleBand spokepserson

A spokesperson told 4BR: “The Youth Band is looking forward to working with Richard and is already busy preparing for their spring and summer schedule.

Richard’s first challenge will be to lead our youngsters from the Training Band as they take part in the Regional Music For Youth Festival at the end of March.”
