The Smithills Senior Band received a standing ovation from the Mayor and Mayoress of Bolton, as well as a packed audience, at their latest fund raising concert at town’s Victoria Hall (above).

Between its opening march ‘The Champions', a host of original works and the rousing finale of ‘Bolero,’ the band under MD Chris Wormald once again thrilled the audience with their high class music making.
