Bradwell Silver Band

Bradwell Silver Band recently kicked off their busy Spring/Summer engagement schedule with their annual Spring Concert & Awards Presentations evening in their home parish of New Bradwell.

Performing to a capacity audience at the local St James Church, they provided a varied selection of music to suit all tastes under the baton of MD Brian Keech.

Soloists

Featured soloists included principal cornet Julia Hollis, soprano, Adam Chappell and Fraser Cousins on euphonium. There was even a very lively rendition of ‘It’s Not Unusual’ by the trombone section which saw the audience singing and swaying along in time!

The concert also featured the Development Band of 23 members under Keith Jones, whilst the second half was given over to the senior band to showcase their concert entertainment skills.
