Reg Vardy to showcase Skegness prep

The Reg Vardy Band is holding an open rehearsal ahead of its Butlins Mineworkers Challenge.

The Reg Vardy Band will be showcasing their test-piece and entertainment programme preparations for the forthcoming Butlins Mineworkers Championship in Skegness with an open rehearsal later this week.

Time and place

It will be held on Thursday 14th January, commencing at 7.45pm at the Old Salvation Army Hall, View Lane, Stanley, County Durham (DH9 0DX)

Phenomena

The 2015 North of England Regional champion and Dr Martin contest winner will be led by professional MD Russell Gray who will present 'Breath of Souls' by Paul Lovatt-Cooper and their entertainment set entitled 'Phenomena' by Jacob Vilhelm Larsen.

April 3 • We have vacancies for a trombone player and a bass player. Cleethorpes Band rehearse near the seafront on Thursday and Sunday evenings. Placed 3rd in the NOE 4th section. Other players are always welcome as we may be able to switch positions around
