Test-piece preview set for Niagara

If you want to get the full test-piece preview ahead of the Nationals then head to Sheffield next month.

Unite the Union Band, will once again hold their popular Area Championship 'Preview Night' to give bands the chance to perform their test-pieces in preparation for the upcoming Regional events.

Time and place

It takes place on Sunday 21st February at the Niagara Conference Centre — Niagara Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire (S6 1LU).

Entry is £4 with doors opening at 7.00pm, with the first band taking to the stage at 7.30pm.

Five bands

The five bands from Yorkshire and the Midlands will also be assessed on their progress by Besson artist and Grimethorpe Colliery Band principal cornet player, Roger Webster. Roger will also entertain the audience with some solo items accompanied by the Unite the Union Band.
