Besses Boys bid fond farewell to trio

Besses Boys Band has bid a fond farewell to a trio of players who have played a major role in their success over the last few years.

Besses Boys

Following their performance at the North West Regional Championship in Blackpool, Besses Boys Band has said a fond farewell to three players.

Memorable

Tuba player Lee Forde, solo cornet Adam Galloway and flugel Steph Pain have been valuable members of the band over the last few years and have played a central role in the considerable success — including promotions and memorable titles wins. All three played on their recent victories at the Rochdale contest and the Butlins Mineworkers Championship.

All three leave with our best wishes and I hope all will remain in close contact with usMD, James Holt

Sad

MD James Holt told 4BR: "I'm sad to see all three players move on, as they have been integral parts in the Besses Boys Band machine and contributed hugely to our recent contest successes.

All three leave with our best wishes and I hope all will remain in close contact with us."
