Closing date looms for Future Talent applications

Talented young musicians from low income backgrounds are being invited to see if they can gain help from one of the UKs leading music charities — and the closing date is Monday.

Future Talent
The deadline for Future Talent applications is Monday 16th January.

As reported on 4BR, one of the UK's leading musical charities is inviting applications from talented young players from low income backgrounds to help to help them achieve their ambitions.

Future Talent

Future Talent gives financial support and guidance to young musicians aged between 5 and 18 who show outstanding musical ability or potential, but for whatever reason do not have the financial means to reach their goal.

They support musicians from all musical genres and awards are given for a variety of purposes including the purchase of instruments, music lessons, fees for specialist training courses and membership to national training ensembles such as the National Youth Orchestra and National Youth Choir.

Deadline

The deadline for 2017 Future Talent bursary and scholarship applications is Monday 16th January at 12 noon.

The application documents can be found on the home page of their website at: http://www.futuretalent.org/
