EYMS look to overcome wardrobe malfunction

If you have helped the EYMS Band recently and have a souvenir in your wardrobe — then can they have them back?

Hangers
There are some empty hangers in the EYMS bandroom to fill...

The East Yorkshire Motor Services Band has made an SOS appeal for the return of blazers and ties that have found temporary homes in recent months.

The Hull-based band has discovered that it has at least 10 blazers and around 30 ties missing — which represent a big cost to them as they look forward to the second half of the 2017 contest season.

Check wardrobes

Band Chairman Tony Newiss told 4BR: "It would be a big help if players who have helped us out in the past, or former EYMS players, could check their wardrobes for any blazer and ties which have been forgotten. Just get in touch and we will sort things out — no questions asked!"
