A grant from the insurance group NFU Mutual has supported the work of the Downton Training Band, helping them purchase new music for their ever growing membership of players.

MD Paul Williams told 4BR: "We are very grateful to NFU Mutual for their support. Our training band is just about to celebrate its second birthday and most of our members have been learning with us from scratch, so we are rapidly running out of music to play!

This grant will enable us to purchase new music that will everyone keep on enjoying their music making."
