John Maines and World of Brass radio has just notched up its 600th broadcast.

  World of Brass has just broadcast its 600th programme

The World of Brass radio programme hosted by John Maines celebrated its 600th programme last weekend.

It was originally the initiative of Trevor Caffull, Managing Director of the Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd, with the first show broadcast on 22nd December 2006.

Over 6000 CD tracks

It has since gone on to feature well over 6000 CD tracks by bands and soloists from all over the world.

A new hourly programme is aired every Friday and can be heard 24/7 52 weeks of the year! And you can also catch up with previous programmes.
