Crofton add to their ranks for 2020

Crofton Silver Band has added new faces to their ranks as they look towards their Championship Section debut in 2020.

The signings came as the band looks forward to its top section debut in 2020.

Crofton Silver Band has announced the latest additions to their ranks as they look towards making their Yorkshire Championship Section debut in 2020.

Signings

Jools Ritchie and Chris McDonald join on cornet and horn respectively. Jools brings a wealth of experience most recently with Thoresby Colliery. Chris was one of the founding members of the Jayess (Queensbury) Band playing under James Shepherd as his mentor and tutor. He returns to banding after a break of 25 years.

Meanwhile, Joe Loukes comes in on percussion after enjoying a successful seven year tenure with Rothwell Temperance Band.
