Glenn Van Looy has launched his personal programme aimed at helping players

Geneva artist Glenn Van Looy has launched his new personal brass coaching clinic to help individual players achieve their performance aims and objectives.

'Shape Up!' takes its inspiration from the growth in personal training and nutrition 'HIT' programmes, with the Belgian euph star amending the concept into home coaching for brass musicians.

Tailored

Glenn told 4BR: "The regime consists of easy to follow and achievable stages — starting with a personal profile that can be used to tailor each 30 minute session.

We can then work to plan ambitious, but achievable goals. These will be in two different two-week schedules for you to add into your daily routine.

After four weeks there will be another 30 minute one to one session to make an evaluation of the programme."

By tailoring the programme to the player ambitions and needs we can work progressively to achieve the goalsGlenn Van Looy

Additional support

He added: "By tailoring the programme to the player ambitions and needs we can work progressively to achieve the goals.

The programme will also offer instruction videos for the exercises to help undertake them in the right way, and I will be available twice a week to offer additional support."
