Put your money where your mouth is...

A brass band challenge that could spilt things in all directions has been launched by Flowers Band.

Lion
Do you fancy giving the Born Free challenge a go for a great cause...

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Flowers Band has launched the 'Born Free Challenge' to help raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation.

Born Free

All you have to do is perform the famous opening bars to John Barry's 'Born Free' music — the one that sends a shiver down the spine of any tenor horn player who doesn't quite fancy hitting out a top C on a dodgy lip!

This is all about having a bit of fun though for a great cause...

1. CREATE:
Record a video of you playing the opening to 'Born Free' on any instrument, in any location (government rules permitting!) or maybe even in fancy dress!

2. NOMINATE:
Tag 3 friends to also take part in the Born Free challenge and post your video with the hashtag #bornfreechallenge

3. DONATE:
Visit www.GoFundMe.com/f/bornfreechallenge/ where you can make a donation of £5 (or more if you want!) directly to the Mental Health Foundation.

Be kind, have fun, and support a great cause.

Become a supporter and help make our future secure.
