Conductor Allan Withington will make his debut appearance at the Belgian National Championships later this year.
The Norwegian based Englishman will lead Brass Band Leieland on Edward Gregson's 'The World Rejoicing' in the Championship Section of the event that will be held at the Zwaneberg Cultural Center in Heist-op-den-Berg.

It is the first time Allan will have appeared at the event — adding to a CV that includes National Championship appearances in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, the USA, Norway and Great Britain.
He has won National titles in England, Norway, Switzerland and the USA, as well as claiming the National title of Great Britian.
Spokesperson for the band told 4BR: "We are thrilled to be able to work with such a world class conductor."
