2023 British Open tickets to go on sale

The sale of tickets for the 169th British Open Championship will open this week — so make sure you do not miss out.

Tickets for the 2023 British Open Championship are to go on sale later this week.

The general public sale of tickets for the 169th contest which will be held on Saturday 9th September at Symphony Hall in Birmingham will take place on Friday 26th May at 10.00am.

Those people who are members of the B:Music Membership Scheme or purchased their tickets for the 2022 event will be contacted with details of how to purchase their tickets on Thursday 25th May from 10.00am.

The contest on the Saturday will also be followed by a special Brass Gala Day on Sunday 10th September — full details of which will be published on 4BR.

April 3 • We have vacancies for a trombone player and a bass player. Cleethorpes Band rehearse near the seafront on Thursday and Sunday evenings. Placed 3rd in the NOE 4th section. Other players are always welcome as we may be able to switch positions around
