Andrew Wainwright continues to keep busy with his growing graphic design business, working with composers, companies, soloists and bands across the world.

His blend of creativity and professionalism offers custom concert programmes, striking CD artwork, dynamic posters, and engaging website designs — modern and visually compelling.

Adding to enjoyment

He told 4BR: "Graphic design is exceptionally important to the way bands, organisations and performers project themselves to their audience. Get it right and it adds so much — adding to the enjoyment."

Andrew's work has featured on releases by Black Dyke, Brighouse & Rastrick, Bona-fide, Cory, Flowers, Grimethorpe Colliery, Manger Musikklag, Tredegar and Willebroek.

In addition he has also linked up with The King's Singers, The Band of the Coldstream Guards, The International Staff Band and Songsters, Melbourne Staff Band and USA Southern Staff Band.

Solo connections have been made with David Childs, Isobel Daws and James Fountain to Philip Cobb, Richard Poole, Sheona White and Steven Mead.

Composers such as Andy Scott and Jacob Vilhelm Larsen have also used his services, whilst his design work is regularly seen with Prima Vista Musikk, World of Sound and World of Brass.

Worldwide profiles

"These companies, bands and artists have a worldwide profile, so it is very satisfying that they enjoy my ideas and pick out my work to enhance what they have to offer," Andrew added.

Programmes

Andrew has also designed programmes for the European Championships, Brass in Concert and the North American Brass Band Championships, multimedia for the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain and ISB120 at the Royal Albert Hall.

"That's also such an important element — adding to the enjoyment of the event. If people are using the time between performances to read the programme, then I know I've done my job well."
