Youth bands get ready for Innerleithen

There will be plenty of great entertainment to enjoy at Innerleithen later this month.

The event takes place on 25th October run by St Ronan's Silver Band

The 12th Annual Innerleithen Youth Contest will take place on Saturday 25th October at St. Ronan's School, Innerleithen (10.30am).

Youth bands

Organised by St. Ronan's Silver Band, it will see seven youth bands from across the Borders and Midlothian playing short concert-style programmes, to be enjoyed by the audience and judged by Stephanie Kennedy, the respected conductor and Geneva Instruments flugel soloist.

Entry costs £5 and children can enjoy it all for free! There will be a raffle and cafÃ© serving hot and cold snacks and drinks.
