Gregson's vision set for Radio 3

Edward Gregson's latest CD of music featuring Ross Knight performing his 'Tuba Concerto' will be featured on Radio 3 this week.

Music from Edward Gregson's latest CD release, 'A Vision in a Dream' is to be featured on BBC Radio 3 throughout next week.

The Chandos recording of three concertos plus his 'A Song for Sue' and 'A Song for Bram' will be featured on the 'Classical Live' programme at 1.00pm from Monday 27th October to Friday 1st November.

Concerto performances

The recording, which features the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Ben Gernon will be officially released on Friday 14th November and showcases concerto performances by Ross Knight (tuba); Jennifer Galloway (oboe) and Rachel Roberts (viola), whilst the composer performs the two 'Songs'.

Tuesday 28th October: Oboe Concerto (A Vision in a Dream)
Wednesday 29th October: A Song for Sue
Thursday 30th October: Viola Concerto (Three Goddesses)
Friday 1st November: Tuba Concerto
