BBE to help bands make most of tipping...

A new BBE webinar aims to help bands with their festive fund raising this Christmas.

BBE tip
The webinar takes place on Tuesday 18th November

Brass Bands England will host a special 'Boost your band's Christmas fundraising' with a live webinar later this month.

The aim is to make it easier for audiences to support your band — even if they don't carry cash.

Live webinar

Brass Bands England live webinar is with Chris Anderson, Founder of Tipd, who will demonstrate how Tipd can transform Christmas performances into fundraising successes.

Tipd is a digital donations platform built for live performance groups. Bands collect donations seamlessly via a personalised QR code, with built-in Gift Aid reporting — all without needing a card reader. Unlike other platforms, Tipd ensures bands keep 100% of every donation, making it simple and cost-free for BBE members.

Demonstration

The webinar will provide a live demonstration of Tipd's easy-to-use system, practical tips to encourage donations at concerts, collections, and festive performances and guidance on customising your donation page and QR code to engage supporters. It will also look to make the most of free membership access and early adopter benefits.

Event details:

Tuesday 18th November (6.00pm — 7.00pm), online via the Zoom webinar platform.
