This episode features a work dedicated to the Bremner family of Christchurch, whose name is synonymous with banding in New Zealand.

'Bremner Aria' is inspired by the trombone style of the acclaimed David Bremner — one of expression and lyricism from calm to intense.

Also in the programme is Philip Sparke's 'A Tale as Yet Untold', and '20,000 Leagues under the Sea', by Philip Harper, plus more great music for Brass and Wind Bands.
