NXTOD set for busy hosting schedule

You can enjoy live streamed brass banding from Lancashire to Devon with a stop off in Elland thanks to NXTOD this July.

NXTOD, the brass band streaming content platform has a host of new events for people to enjoy this July.

Live broadcasts

They include live broadcasts from Red Admiral's Hymn & March Contest and Bandamonium, Devon, along with audio recordings from Elland Silver Band's 'Summer Spectacular' concert.

Red Admiral Hymn & March Contest: Sunday 5th July

Viewers will be able to enjoy each of the 14 competing bands both live and on demand on the NXTOD platform from 11.00am on the day. Each band will perform a road march, hymn tune and contest march in the beautiful setting of Croston in Lancashire.

Bandamonium, Devon: 25th July

The ambitious live stream broadcast schedule will cover 30 brass bands performing across two locations. Streaming will begin at 11.00am and continue throughout the day, culminating in a spectacular massed band event in the evening. The live stream will be provided completely free of charge to all viewers thanks to generous funding from Arts Council England.

Elland Silver Band: Summer Spectacular Concert

All this and NXTOD will be making audio recordings of the performances from the Elland Silver Band Summer Spectacular Concert featuring all bands as part of the organisation along with special guests from local outreach partner primary schools.
