It sees the MD of French Champion, Hauts-de-France Band and Brassband Rijnmond in The Netherlands take on the role alongside his conducting duties as well as in leading the School of Arts in Deurne (Antwerp). He follows in the role from Ivan Meylemans.

Delighted

Speaking to 4BR he said: "I'm delighted to return to my former school, formerly known as the Lemmensinstitute where I myself obtained my Masters degree in conducting under Karel De Wolf and Frans Violet.

I will start soon in the newly appointed teaching staff alongside Federico Santi (orchestral conducting) and Bart Van Reyn (choral conducting) to train the next generation of brass band, wind band and fanfare band conductors."
