The latest episode of the 4BR Review sees Editor Iwan Fox and colleague Chris Thomas preview the 172nd British Open Championship at Symphony Hall this weekend.
They discuss the issues and challenges not only facing the event but also the bands as they prepare their assault on Philip Sparke's 'Music of the Spheres'.
All that and they also look back on some of the Summer highlights they enjoyed at the BBC Proms with Black Dyke and John Wilson and with the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain and the National Children's Band of Great Britain.
