the Council of the NYBB is anxious to re-form its society of 'Friends', with the primary object of building up funds to secure its future and that of the NCBBDr Roy Newsome

By joining the Society, members can be kept informed about concerts and of other activities of the two bands, including details of auditions. Through this, members who know of suitable young candidates can pass on details of the auditions and details of how to apply.

Dr Newsome has agreed to act as Secretary of the Friends for the first year.

£20 Subscription

The NYBB are asking for an annual subscription of £20, though if you feel able to give more this would be very welcome.

If you wish to become a Friend of the NYBB please send your cheque to me, at the above address, making it payable to N.Y.B.B.

Arrangements for future payments to be made by Standing Order can be organised. In addition, it can also be arranged for subscribers to make a Gift Aid Declaration, through which the NYBB could recover an extra payment from the Inland Revenue. Please let Dr Newsome know if you would like me to send you the necessary forms.
