Following the success of the BBC programme 'Maestro' in recent weeks, the RAF St Athan Band are preparing to undertake their own version of the hot show.

Musical Director, Alan Bourne, was so taken with the recent programme that he has decided to let the public get their hands on his band.

The event will take place as part of the band’s 70th Annual concert later this month with anyone who wants to give conducting a go will be able to come along and take part in the band’s own 'Maestro Challenge'.
